- program documents are available to be viewed online
- important program dates are coming and action is required
- program information has been submitted online
- programs are introduced or changed and other important news is announced
Business needs, program activities and personal email preferences determine the number of emails customers receive annually.
How to select email preferences
Customers registered for online services
- Sign in to agricorp.com
- Select "My profile"
- Select "Change email preferences"
Customers not registered for online services
- Have your Agricorp ID handy
- Contact the customer care centre at 1-888-247-4999
A customer can unsubscribe at any time by selecting the "unsubscribe" option at the bottom of the email they receive, by tailoring their email preferences in online services or by phone. Regardless of these email preferences, if you are registered for online services, we will continue to send you emails about the following:
- Password changes
- Security question changes
- User ID reminders
