At the beginning of each year, Agricorp contracts a third party to conduct a telephone survey to evaluate our customers' satisfaction with our performance in areas such as program delivery and customer service. Producers who participate in programs we deliver may receive a call in January from Kynetec Canada (formerly Ipsos Agriculture and Animal Health).
We value our customers' opinions and use their feedback to enhance our services and improve our processes, practices and materials. We pay close attention to comments and use them to improve our customers' experience.
Agricorp also collects feedback from producers on program participation in many other ways throughout the year. In addition to the annual customer satisfaction survey, we have short surveys at the end of form submissions, we speak to producers at industry meetings and farm shows, and customers share thoughts and concerns with our customer care representatives and field staff.
