Agricorp is experiencing technical difficulties with its call centre telephone system which may result in dropped calls.
To maintain telephone service, we have been working with our service providers to put interim fixes in place and the telephone system is currently working. With upcoming deadlines, we are also putting contingency plans in place and will honour any customers' attempt to reach us by deadline. To permanently resolve the issues, we are in the midst of changing our telephone infrastructure and we will be installing a new phone system which is expected to be fully in place by early June.
As always, customers can reach us by email, fax, or voicemail and can conduct some of their business online.
We understand this can be frustrating for our customers and appreciate their patience.
