Remove stumps (if notice of disposal was issued after winter sampling) by April 30.
You must cut affected trees to stump within three days of receiving a notice to dispose from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (but not before an Agricorp assessor has inspected).
You must submit all completed, signed application forms to Agricorp within two years of the date on the notice to dispose.
The current financial assistance program, expected to end March 31, 2011, is on hold pending further information from the federal government.
