If you grow tender fruit and participate in the Plum Pox Eradication Program, other risk management programs are also available to you.
AgriStability
When we calculate your production margin in AgriStability, we will include any funds you receive from the Plum Pox Eradication Program. We will not include the funds when we calculate your reference margin. In other words, funds received from the Plum Pox Eradication Program will be counted as allowable income in the program year only.
If you remove trees or vines as part of the plum pox eradication program, we may also waive your structural change adjustment for AgriStability.
