You cannot apply for the Plum Pox Eradication Program unless you receive a Notice to Dispose from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. You will receive one if any of the leaf samples from your tender fruit orchard tested positive for the plum pox virus.
If you receive a Notice to Dispose, an Agricorp assessor will visit you to complete the application process.
