Agricorp's senior management team (SMT) is charged with overall responsibility for the corporation, including managing human resources and supporting corporate accountability and governance.

Randy Jackiw

Chief Executive Officer

Randy Jackiw

Randy, Chief Executive Officer of Agricorp, leads a dynamic organization. Before joining Agricorp in May 2002, Randy held a number of positions throughout his 19-year career with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, including Director of Resources Management, Program Manager of Plant Health, and Manager of Horticulture Inspection. Randy holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Windsor, and has completed numerous other courses including Queen's Executive Program and Harvard's Agribusiness/Agriceutical Seminar.

Erich Beifuss

Chief Financial Officer

Erich Beifuss

As Chief Financial Officer, Erich is responsible for the Corporate Services Division and financial functions of Agricorp, including financial reporting, financial planning, and audit and review activities. Erich has primary responsibility for the investment and management of the Production Insurance fund and works closely with the Finance and Audit Committee of the Board. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. Erich brings to Agricorp 30 years of finance experience in both the public and private sectors.

Jocelyn Gallagher

Senior Director of Human Resources &
Organization Development

Jocelyn 

Gallagher

Jocelyn joined Agricorp in 2005 to support Agricorp's ability to attract, retain, and motivate our talent through a focus on employee engagement, organizational development, and continuous improvement. Jocelyn's 20-year career includes positions in human resource management and organization development within the financial services industry. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Carleton University and a Master of Education in Workplace Learning and Change from the University of Toronto. She has also completed the George Morris Centre Executive Development Program.

Stephen Ip

Director of Information Technology

Stephen Ip

Stephen has been the Director of Information Technology at Agricorp since 2001. Stephen has responsibility for all corporate initiatives related to managing information, including systems development, security of information, and the maintenance of a sound infrastructure to support business activities. An advocate of life-long learning, Stephen played a key role in establishing Agvantage Toastmasters at Agricorp in 2003. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and is a graduate of the Ryerson University IT management leadership course.

Lee Ann Lennox

Director, Strategic Management and Communications

Lee Ann Lennox

Lee Ann has directed strategic management at Agricorp since 2004. As Director of Strategic Management and Communications, Lee Ann is responsible for coordinating Agricorp's strategic and operational business planning. She oversees the Project Management Office, directs corporate communications, strategic marketing, and branding, and acts as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors. Lee Ann has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Environmental Sciences and a Master's of Business Administration degree from the University of Guelph.

Debra Meneray

Senior Director, Program Delivery

Debra Meneray

As Senior Director of Program Delivery, Debra is responsible for ensuring operational excellence in the delivery of Business Risk Management programs. Before joining Agricorp, she built a strong reputation as a team leader with over 20 years of progressive experience within the insurance industry. Debra complemented her diploma in medical disease concepts from Conestoga College by completing the Queen's Executive Leadership Program and pursuing her Chartered Insurance Professional Designation.

Mike Vlcek

Senior Director, Program Development

Mike Vlcek

As Senior Director of Program Development, Mike is responsible for industry relations and program analysis and development. Mike has been with Agricorp since its inception in progressive positions, including marketing, public relations, communications, and sales management. Through participation in the Advanced Agriculture Leadership Program, he gained key insights into the critical issues facing the agri-food system. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Guelph. Mike also plays a key role in managing his family's farm near Petrolia.
