Are you ready to report?
Make sure you have all of the following information on hand before you report:
- Your customer number
- Your home farm lot number
(for example, if your farm is at Lot 30, Concession 9, enter 30) - Total acres planted for each crop
- Date you finished planting each crop
- Acres of any new land you are farming this year

Accuracy is important
Report your acres as accurately as possible. Your premium and any claim payments are both calculated on a per-acre basis. Any discrepancy in acreage may reduce your claim payment.
Deadlines
Don't delay. Report your final planted acres as soon as you finish planting. The deadline for reporting is 10 days after you finish seeding or by November 1.
