The Contract of Insurance, along with applicable crop insurance documents, gives details of the various Production Insurance plans and outlines the legal responsibilities of the insured grower and of Agricorp.
Originally published and mailed to all customers in 1999, the contract booklet is supplemented annually by a summary of amendments in effect for that year. A new edition will be finalized and sent to all customers at the time of renewal for their 2008 crops.
