Registering for agricorp.com

New to agricorp.com? You can register now.

If you have difficulties registering, contact us.

You may need to register for multiple user IDs in certain situations. For example:

  • You're a signing authority for your own farm business and an agent at an agency.
  • You're a signing authority for somebody else's farm business and an agent at an agency.
  • You're an agent at two different agencies or agency locations.

In these situations, you will receive two invitations with separate temporary user IDs.

If none of the above apply to you and you received two invitations, contact us.

Required information for registration

You need to enter four pieces of information to register for agricorp.com:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Temporary user ID
  • Agricorp ID

Your agricorp.com invitation includes the name you should use and your temporary user ID. If the name provided on your invitation is incorrect, contact us.

You will also need your Agricorp ID, which you can find on most program forms.

Your Agricorp ID

Your Agricorp ID begins with “A” and is followed by an 8-digit number. You can find your Agricorp ID printed on:

  • Your confirmation of authorized customer contacts letter
  • Your AgriStability Year-end Report and Claim Form​
  • All documents related to livestock plans under the Risk Management Program (RMP).

Your temporary user ID

Your temporary user ID begins with “C” and is followed by an 8-digit number. It’s required only when registering for agricorp.com. You can find your temporary user ID in your agricorp.com invitation. If you can’t find your invitation, contact us.

Retrieve your user ID or password

If you’ve already registered and you’ve forgotten your user ID or password, visit forgot user ID or forgot password and follow the instructions.

Access to view and update account information

Your farm business account is viewable by:

  • Signing authorities
  • Designated agents
  • Authorized third-party contacts.

Only signing authorities have the ability to change your farm business information.

Signing authorities have access to all program information. Agents and third-party contacts can view and update information relating to only the programs that they have been authorized for.

To make changes to the authorized contacts, download and complete an Authorized Customer Contacts form or contact us.

Updating personal and business information

After signing in to agricorp.com, you can update your phone number, fax number and email address by selecting My profile and then Edit.

For all other information updates, call 1-888-247-4999.

Changing your user ID

Once you create a user ID, it can't be changed.

Resetting your password

Update your password by selecting change password from the My profile screen and following the instructions.

Browser requirements

Agricorp.com works best with the most recent version of Chrome.

Form and document requirements

To download and view forms, you need Adobe Reader version 9.4 or newer.

If you receive an error message when you try to open a form, you may need to upgrade your version of Adobe Reader. You should be prompted to upgrade your Adobe Reader software automatically if you're using an older version than what is required for agricorp.com. If you are not prompted, download Adobe Reader.

Security features

Your agricorp.com account requires a unique user ID and password before it can be accessed. Additionally, you will automatically be signed out of agricorp.com if your account is inactive for 30 minutes.

Security tips

Be sure not to leave the computer unattended when you're using agricorp.com, as the system contains personal information others should not have access to. This is especially important if you're on a public computer that is used by other people.

Do not save passwords on your computer, on the Internet or on any software. Anyone who has access to or compromises the security of that information potentially can impersonate you.

When you're finished using agricorp.com, sign out of the system immediately to avoid the possibility of others seeing your sensitive information or being able to change your farm business details.

When closing the agricorp.com website, close all browser windows and tabs. If you haven't signed out of agricorp.com and a browser window is still open, it's possible that someone else using the computer after you may be able to get access to your agricorp.com account.

Contacting Agricorp for support during off-hours

You can contact Agricorp at any time by sending email to [email protected] . You can also call 1-888-247-4999 and leave a voicemail message during off-hours. For more information, contact us.

Applying for other programs

If you want to enrol in a program you don't currently participate in, you can apply by choosing your desired program on agricorp.com, selecting Sign up/Renew and following the instructions.

Viewing documents

If there is a specific document you want to view and that is not available in either the list of business documents or the list of program documents, you can request the document by calling us. If you are authorized to view the document, we will make the document available online or will mail or fax a copy to you.

Viewing all clients

If you are unable to see all of your clients after you have registered, make sure you are signing in under the correct profile (user ID), as you may have more than one. If you are sure there are clients missing from one of your profiles, contact the client directly and have them authorize you by either completing an Authorized Customer Contacts form or calling us at 1-888-247-4999.

Working on partnerships

If you are working on a partnership, you should download, complete and submit one partner’s form before downloading, completing and submitting the next partner's form. If you download both partners' forms at once and then complete and submit one, you will not be able to submit the second one.
