Telephone service disruption

​Agricorp is experiencing technical difficulties with its call centre telephone system which may result in dropped calls.

To maintain telephone service, we have been working with our service providers to put interim fixes in place and the telephone system is currently working. With upcoming deadlines, we are also putting contingency plans in place and will honour any customers' attempt to reach us by deadline. To permanently resolve the issues, we are in the midst of changing our telephone infrastructure and we will be installing a new phone system which is expected to be fully in place by early June.​

Intermittent service disruption may occur over the course of the next month. This could result in dropped calls and longer than usual wait times. In the unlikely event that a customer'​s call is dropped while they are on the phone with a representative, we will call them back. Customers experiencing long wait times are invited to leave us a voicemail or send us an email at ​​. We will return all calls and respond to all emails received within 24 hours.

As always, customers can reach us by email, fax, or voicemail and can conduct some of their business online.

We understand this can be frustrating for our customers and appreciate their patience. ​
