Once you've completed a year of participation, cancelling would make you ineligible to apply again for the current year plus the next two years. For example, if you participated in 2024 and choose to not participate in 2025, you would not be eligible for the program in 2026 or 2027, but could enrol again in 2028. Also, if you enrol, pay premium and meet all requirements for 2025 but then cancel voluntarily, you would also not be eligible again until 2028.
