Notify Agricorp if your livestock sales change

Customers enrolled in Risk Management Program (RMP) plans for livestock must notify Agricorp if, during the course of the year, they expect their annual sales to differ from their projected sales by more than 25 per cent. Agricorp will adjust the program coverage and premium accordingly.

To avoid reduced coverage, delayed claim payments or cancellation from the program, this change must be reported to Agricorp before the deadline for the next sales reporting period.

Agricorp provides two options for reporting changes to projected livestock sales:

  • By using the Policy change request form, available on agricorp.com (the same form is used for all livestock plans). Customers can mail, fax or email the completed form to Agricorp. Agricorp will follow up with customers directly to obtain more details, including a business reason for the change.
  • By calling Agricorp at 1-888-247-4999 to speak to a customer care representative.

The next sales reporting deadline for all livestock categories is July 31. Customers are also reminded to submit a sales report even if they have zero sales for the reporting period.
