Agricorp is improving its web services. Soon, customers will be able to sign in to agricorp.com to view their program records, complete all forms and update their contact information, all in one place.
Before they can use online services on agricorp.com, customers need to update their authorizations to ensure that only authorized people have access to their information. Agricorp customers can choose to authorize people like accountants, partners and family members to work on their behalf.
To ensure a smooth transition, Agricorp started phoning customers in September with the offer to update their authorizations over the phone. Customers can also update their information online using the
Authorized customer contacts form. To date, nearly 13,000 producers have updated their information.
Moving to a single sign-in is an important step towards offering more services in the future. Customers can complete their
