Customer satisfaction survey

At the beginning of each year, Agricorp contracts a third party to conduct a telephone survey to evaluate customers' satisfaction with areas such as program delivery and customer service. Customers may receive a call in February from Advanis for the survey.

Agricorp values customer feedback and uses it to enhance services and improve processes and practices. Agricorp pays close attention to comments and uses them to improve the customer experience.

Agricorp also collects feedback from producers on program participation in many other ways throughout the year. In addition to the annual customer satisfaction survey, Agricorp has short surveys at the end of form submissions, staff speak to producers at industry meetings and farm shows, and customers share thoughts and concerns with customer care representatives and field staff.
