Every two years, Agricorp reaches out to Ontario farmers with a customer satisfaction survey. They want to find out what farmers think about how Agricorp delivers the government programs they use.
Starting January 9, Agricorp customers may get a call from Advanis, a third-party research company. Advanis is managing this year's survey. They'll be asking questions to measure how satisfied customers have been with their program delivery and customer service.
Agricorp values this feedback from Ontario farmers. It helps them enhance the way they deliver government programs and improve the overall customer experience.
