Every two years, Agricorp reaches out to Ontario farmers with a customer satisfaction survey to get feedback about how Agricorp delivers the government programs they use.
Agricorp has been conducting the survey with the help of a third-party vendor since 1999, and this year the agency is piloting an online survey in addition to the traditional phone survey.
Starting late this January, selected Agricorp customers will get either a call or an email with a link to the survey from The Strategic Counsel, a third-party research company.
Agricorp values this feedback from Ontario farmers. It helps improve and enhance the way programs are delivered and the overall customer experience.
