Getting ready to report your yields

Harvest season has started for some 2025 crops. Farmers with Production Insurance have started reporting final yields to Agricorp.

Before you report

Want to avoid the time and hassle of follow-up questions when reporting yields? Have the harvest information below on hand when reporting to Agricorp.

Agricorp only asks for necessary information, nothing extra. Having these details helps make sure claims are handled correctly, so farmers get the protection they deserve, without any delays.

What to report and why it matters to you

Your Agricorp IDConnects your yield to your account for accurate processing

The crop you're reportingConfirm your crop for accurate claim processing, as each crop has its own claim price

Number of acres plantedNeeds to match acres covered for accurate yield, claims, and coverage

Acres harvested and finish dateClaims begin after harvest. If not finished by September 1, call us with your partial yield to keep your coverage active

Crop grade if applicable)Low grade wheat is factored, helping you qualify for a claim. Unfactored yields are kept for your account history

Total dry yield by gradeA claim is paid if your yield is below your guarantee. For consistency, we always use dry yields

Cause and date of any lossThe more details we get, the faster we can process your claim. Accurate information avoids delays and back-and-forth
