Report colonies
Complete an
Overwintered Colonies Report listing all of the colonies that you intend to overwinter, and submit it by November 30.
In the spring, Agricorp will send to you a Spring Inventory and Proof of Loss form outlining your insured colonies and beeyard information that was reported to us in the fall. It is important to review the information provided, report your findings accurately for dead and weak colonies, and submit it to Agricorp before May 15.

If you suspect damage to your colonies,
