Report colonies
In the fall, you must submit an Overwintered Colonies Report listing all of the colonies that you intend to overwinter.
In the spring, Agricorp will send to you a Spring Inventory and Proof of Loss form outlining your insured colonies and beeyard information that was reported to us in the fall. It is important to review the information provided, report your findings accurately for dead and weak colonies, and submit it to Agricorp before May 15.
Report damage
It's important to report damage as soon as it occurs. If you suspect damage to your colonies,
contact us immediately.
Contact us as at least 5 days before you unwrap or open your overwintered hives, or before you remove your hives from indoor storage. An Agricorp adjuster may be present when hives are being unwrapped or removed from indoor storage, to help assess your colony losses for claim purposes.
