Chief Executive Officer​

As CEO of Agricorp, Doug leads a busy and dynamic organization. Before his appointment as CEO, Doug served as Agricorp’s Chief Information Officer since 2007, leading Agricorp’s Information Technology (IT) division to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and strategic initiatives. Doug also brings more than 25 years of previous IT experience from organizations including Symcor, Millennium Care, EDS, MCI Systemhouse and IBM, where he worked in all phases of systems integration, from project planning to systems management, from deployment to outsourcing and large-scale customer transitions. He has completed Leadership, Strategy, and IT executive programs at Harvard, Queens Executive Business School and the Rotman School of Management.​​​​​​​

Heather CassidyHeather Cassidy

Senior Director of Program Development

Heather oversees industry relations and program analysis and development. She collaborates with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA), Federal-Provincial-Territorial partners and industry stakeholders to align program design with industry needs and government priorities. Heather joined Agricorp in 2023.  She is a seasoned public sector executive with over 20 years of experience in the Ontario Public Service, mostly with OMAFRA, where she held a variety of Assistant Deputy Minister, Director and management roles spanning policy, operations, and corporate services. She grew up in Bruce County on her family’s farm. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics and Business, both from the University of Guelph.

Bal DosanjhBal Dosanjh

Chief Information Officer

As CIO, Bal leads Agricorp’s Information Technology Services division, which entails business analysis, system architecture, development, testing and infrastructure management, to ensure successful delivery of IT services and strategic initiatives. Bal brings more than 30 years of previous IT experience from organizations, including Symcor, AGF Management Limited, the Royal Bank of Canada and Price Waterhouse. His experience includes working in all phases of systems integration, from program/project management to multi-tiered systems management, including large-scale customer transitions. Bal holds a Bachelor of Science honours degree in Computer Science from Aston University (U.K.), a Project Management Professional certification and has completed leadership, strategy, and IT management programs through Queen’s School of Business Executive Education.

Lee Ann LennoxLee Ann Lennox

Senior Director, Program Delivery

As Senior Director, Program Delivery, Lee Ann is responsible for ensuring operational excellence in the delivery of Business Risk Management programs. Since joining Agricorp in 2000, Lee Ann has held progressively senior roles across the business, including program delivery, marketing, strategic management and communications, and Director, Operations. Lee Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences and a Masters of Business Administration – Food and Agribusiness, both from the University of Guelph. She grew up on the family farm in Wellington County.

Brenda MorganBrenda Morgan

Director, Human Resources

As the Human Resources Director, Brenda is responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of highly skilled employees required to achieve Agricorp's business strategy and objectives while supporting a healthy workplace environment. Since joining Agricorp in 1997, Brenda has held progressively senior roles in Human Resources, most recently in total compensation, performance management and HR information management. Brenda holds an Honours Bachelor in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University. She also holds designations as a Certified Human Resources Professional and Certified Human Resources Leader. Brenda served on the board of the Guelph chapter of the Human Resources Professionals Association for six years.

Becky PhilpottBecky Philpott

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Becky leads Agricorp's Corporate Services Division, which is responsible for financial reporting, planning, treasury, investments, enterprise risk management and procurement within Agricorp. Additionally, she oversees other corporate functions and works closely with both the Finance and Audit Committee and the Board of Directors. Becky has experience in accounting, financial management and analytics in both private and public corporations. Her experience prior to joining Agricorp occurred in the insurance and travel industries as well as in public accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant with both the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.

Anna SideriusAnna Siderius

Director, Strategic Management and Communications

Anna is responsible for leading Agricorp's strategic planning, reporting and corporate communications, and for supporting board and internal governance processes and practices as the Corporate Secretary. Since joining Agricorp in 1997, she has held progressively senior roles in both program delivery and government and industry relations. Anna also brings extensive industry and program experience from her 10 years at the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA ). She grew up on a mixed livestock-cash crop farm in southwestern Ontario and holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Windsor.
